Our Administrative team, in our Chicago office is seeking an Accounting Intern. This role will support the overall business operations by assisting with general and project accounting tasks.

Position Overview
At dbHMS, we rely on our Accounting Interns to work with other Administrative team members to support the financial functions of the organization.
Essential Job Functions
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Perform data entry and recordkeeping activities.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly closings.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable efforts.
- Maintain financial data confidentiality.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
