Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with pharmaceutical processes, CDMO documentation and the meaning/significance of different document types in order to facilitate organizing and indexing them.
- Get access to relevant Servier applications and systems.
- Data map all available documents from Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) on multiple Servier systems and catalog document type, product, manufacturer, and date. The scope includes all Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), and Analytical (AS) processes.
- Design and implement document hierarchy structure in SharePoint to enable rapid data retrieval.
- Evaluate internal and commercially available knowledge management repositories that could be used in place of SharePoint to store, organize, index, and make accessible/searchable all CDMO documents.
- Begin process of data mining executed manufacturing batch records for key process parameters, performance indicators, and other relevant information from multiple CDMO vendors. Provide data in usable format to process owners.
Skills and Education:
- Rising junior or senior undergraduate student in accredited B.S. degree program in pharmaceutical science, data science, chemical engineering, or related degree
- Acceptable (A or B grades) completion of classes in data management, data science, or process engineering (please include relevant classes on resume).
- Expert in Microsoft applications including MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills
Other Information:
- Vaccination is required and upon starting with the company, you will be asked to provide proof of vaccination.
- This position can be completed remotely. Infrequent travel to the Boston office may be required during the internship and will be covered by Servier if remote.
