The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Print Creative Accounts Intern to join our team. You’ll support client relationships, help keep projects on track, and gain first-hand experience managing day-to-day operations of creative campaigns for the entertainment industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Account Executives, Account Managers, Project managers, and Project Coordinators with daily tasks
     
  • Sit in on client calls and internal creative reviews
     
  • Take meeting notes and help summarize key action items
     
  • Prepare presentation decks, status reports, and recaps
     
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams
     
  • Conduct industry, competitor, or brand research as needed
     
  • Stay up-to-date with client and industry trends

Eligibility

  • Students or recent grads in marketing, communications, business, or related fields
  • Able to commit to Intern dates: June 2nd-August 8th

  • The base compensation range for this position is the hourly minimum wage in the city and state you are workin

  • Extended periods of desk work:
    • Regularly required to sit for extended periods, engaging in tasks such as email correspondence, project coordination, and document preparation.

    • Regularly required to talk and hear during internal meetings, as well as to effectively communicate directives to creative teams.
  • Presentation activities:
    • Ability to create and edit presentations and participate in the delivery of presentations, which may involve standing and speaking for short periods.
  • Visual acuity:
    • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, for detailed review of project assets and quality control checks; and the ability to adjust focus, for detailed work.
  • Utilization of technology:
    • Regular use of computer equipment and software tools, including Adobe CS, Keynote, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike), requiring manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • Multi-tasking:
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time with a strict attention to detail, which may involve shifting focus between tasks.
