Position Overview
Residential Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a motivated, articulate, and coachable Internet Lead Sales Agent / Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to manage the conversion of incoming internet leads. This is a key lead conversion role focused on prospecting, qualifying and cultivating, and nurturing long-lasting relationships with both home buyer and home seller clients. The ISA will be responsible for setting appointments and live transfers to our sales agents, supporting pipeline growth, and client engagement.
Compensation
$36,000/year base pay + commission, with a total expected compensation of $48,000 - $80,000/year + Bonuses & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to hot and warm leads using our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Qualify buyer and seller leads through discovery conversations
- Set appointments for consultations, showings, and calls with team agents
- Warm up and nurture older leads using proven scripts and workflows
- Live transfer leads to agents when appropriate, and document all information in CRM
- Handle objections, provide value, and build rapport with potential clients
- Collaborate with team agents to understand availability and booking preferences
- Track and report daily activities and lead conversion metrics
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals

Minimum Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year prior successful sales or internet Marketing Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume, high-quality phone outreach (150+ dials per day), using scripts and proven sales techniques and methodologies
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines, with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Follow Up Boss, Internet Lead Management, Google Workspace)
- Self-motivated with a team-player mindset, with a passion and desire to grow in the real estate industry
- Must be located in Greater Las Vegas and familiar with the area
Preferred Qualifications (not required, but a PLUS)
- 2+ years of successful inside sales and/or outbound sales experience
- Bilingual (including Spanish and other languages)
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills, including seamlessly keeping an off-script conversation going
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms and online marketing tools.
