About the Program

ISI’s Summer 2025 Internship Program is designed to give early-career talent meaningful exposure to the real work that drives innovation, security, and growth across our business. Interns are placed within a specific department where they’ll support key initiatives while participating in weekly HR-led sessions focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, and business acumen.

This is more than a summer gig. It’s a fast track to becoming the kind of professional companies fight to hire.

Departments & Focus Areas

• HR: Performance management, 360 feedback, nine-box grid development, program design
• Cybersecurity: Threat research, ticket review, incident readiness assessments
• Security Control: Policy evaluation, risk management support, compliance framework updates
• IT Support: Helpdesk operations, internal support documentation, asset coordination
• Product Management: User research, agile sprint planning, roadmap management, requirement writing, cloud engineering experience in Azure and cloud products
• Go-to-Market (GTM): Competitive research, CRM cleanup, campaign analysis. Gathering, analyzing and visualizing data to support Go-to-Market (enterprise level initiatives) develop dashboards and reports, data analytics sales and marketing
• Software Engineering: JVM based languages, relational databases, experience integrating AI into technical solutions
