Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Summer IT Intern to support a major PC imaging and deployment project across Ourisman Automotive Group. The intern will play a key role in imaging and staging Windows 11 PCs, preparing them for deployment throughout the organization. Primary work locations will include our Honda of Frederick and Toyota of Woodbridge stores, with potential travel to additional DC-area dealership locations as needed for on-site PC setup and user support.

Responsibilities include configuring systems, verifying software installations, and assisting employees with the transition to their new devices-ensuring files are properly synced and accessible via OneDrive. This hands-on opportunity offers valuable experience in enterprise PC deployment and user support, ideal for students pursuing careers in information technology or computer science.

More about the role

• This role may require visits to multiple locations in the DC Metro area
• Assisting with reviewing and answering inquiries to a shared internal mailbox
• Troubleshooting common technical issues

What we look for

• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Basic understanding of PC hardware set up and staging
• Knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive and Office 365 applications
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
