The Role
Block is hiring a Technology Internal Audit Manager to help drive our SOX compliance program and strengthen our internal controls. You'll partner closely with the Technology Internal Audit Lead and teams across Accounting, Finance, and Engineering to support SOX, implement a risk-based audit methodology, and contribute to regulatory compliance efforts.
We're looking for someone with strong project management and analytical skills, who can collaborate effectively across teams, including with senior leadership. You should have deep fintech experience, a solid understanding of SOX methodologies (ITGCs, ITACs, risk assessments, control design/testing), and experience working with external auditors and partners.
