Product Intern Location: On-Site in our office in Vienna, VA
Summary:
Our Product Intern is responsible for exciting projects along with helping organize our engineering releases and communication to the external shareholders. You will help identify & develop product opportunities based on research from end users. Being a self-starter and highly motivated will help you succeed in this role. You will report to the Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
AI Payor Policy Research
Create Regex patterns to streamline operations processes
User Shadowing – Create tickets for engineers based on product research.
Develop Release Notes
Create Release Videos/Training Videos
Jira Cleanup - department ownership/categorization.
General Data Clean up
Qualifications:
Self-Starter/Ability to research and find answers on their own
Enrolled in a 4-year college, working towards a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, ideally in 3rd year of studies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team/strong communication skills.
Adaptability and flexibility encouraged.
