This internship will take place during the summer of 2025 and may be flexible with start/end dates in conjunction with the intern's school calendar. Opportunities for post-internship employment may be discussed at the conclusion of the internship.

The Property Group Assistant Intern will be responsible for general administrative duties that will contribute to Atrium's overall success towards growing our portfolio of single-family and boutique housing properties, building and maintaining relationships with residents, owners and vendors, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Front office reception duties, including receiving visitors, assisting with security deposits and property keys, and answering phones at the front desk. 
  • Assisting Asset and Property Managers in a variety of tasks, including vendor management, general administrative duties, reporting, and phone calls.
  • Learning the leasing process and other property management related skills. 
  • Assisting with deliveries to properties, as needed
  • Taking exterior photos of properties, as needed
  • General office assistance as assigned, including event planning and management, supply ordering and inventory, etc. 


Qualifications (Required):

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Reliable transportation and valid Florida Driver License
  • 1 year in a customer service or administrative work environment
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills


Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • A real estate license (or the interest in obtaining your real estate license) will provide additional opportunities for career advancement!  
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus!
  • Familiarity with Appfolio, Property Meld or similar property management systems is a plus!
  • An understanding of property operations with emphasis on lease terms to support contract enforcement, including collections
  • The proven ability to provide excellent customer service resulting in resident retention
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, client satisfaction, negotiation and handling difficult conversations


Salary: $15 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Location: This position will be based out of our corporate office at 201 S Bumby Ave Orlando, FL 32803
