Soccer Academy Operations Intern
Location: Loudoun/Fairfax, VA
Status type: Internship, seasonal (Aug- June)
Compensation: $20/hour
Schedule: 8–12 hours per week (evenings and weekends required)

Who We’re Looking For:
The St. James Soccer Program is seeking two organized and proactive interns to support the operations of our MLS Next and Girls Academy programs. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in sports management and event coordination within a high-performance environment.
Operations Intern – Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Collaborate with the MLS Next and Girls Academy Directors to support execution of the annual operations calendar
- Assist with home match day setup, including field preparation and technology installation
- Transport equipment between home fields and storage locations as needed
- Support training sessions, tryouts, and other Academy-related events as directed
- Assist with Pre-MLS Next and Pre-GA match day logistics under the guidance of the Technical Director
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and transport equipment is required
- Prior experience in soccer or event operations is a plus
