Catering Internship, Kennedy Space Center

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Catering Intern to join our team at Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. As a Catering Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of Spring and Summer day camps, Overnight Adventure programs, and other catering events. In this role you will learn how to properly set up and execute events following the specific timeline and guidelines for each event.

Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. Summer internship dates typically span 10-14 weeks.

• Shadow and assist with special events
• Work closely with the Manager of Catering to implement and facilitate catering events
• Support original space-related activities and projects for program participants
• Maintain active knowledge of KSC and NASA’s space exploration program
