Duties and Responsibilities:
Midwest Health's IT Intern is a temporary entry-level position, working with and supporting IT staff as needed. The IT Intern will experience IT operations at all levels, performing duties as directed by IT staff members.

- Train end-users on O365 apps with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate and collaborate with other Support Technicians and work with team members to monitor and resolve complex tickets in
- a daily queue.
- Gather detailed information about help requests and document in the ticketing system and Knowledge Base.
- Create and remove access to Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 and other web-based software.
- Troubleshoot computer, peripherals, and network hardware.
- Troubleshoot/Install software, work with software vendors.
- Prepare and deliver iPads, computers, and laptop hardware.
- Troubleshoot video surveillance, telco, and fax systems.

- Regular on-time worksite attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree preferred or 3 years work experience/certifications
- Strong knowledge of computer and networking systems
- Understanding of TCP/IP concepts and networking required
- Recommended experience in:
- Active Directory administration
- Office 365 administration
- Apple Device support - Effective professional communication over the phone and through email
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
- Some amount of travel is expected with minimal overnight stays.
- Must be able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
- Must be able to perform the essential position functions of the job with, or without reasonable accommodation.
