UPIX is a Latin American technology company with international operations, offering infrastructure, connectivity, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to global enterprises. As we grow in the U.S. market, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Backoffice Intern to support our sales operations and learn the inner workings of a fast-paced tech business.
? What You’ll Do
- Assist in the preparation and organization of proposals, quotes, and client presentations.
- Support the sales team with CRM updates, data entry, and client follow-ups.
- Help maintain and organize commercial documentation and contract records.
- Participate in internal meetings to understand customer needs and sales strategies.
- Conduct basic research on markets, prospects, and competitors.
- Assist with billing coordination and order tracking under the guidance of the commercial team.
- Learn to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
✅ Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Orlando, FL.
