Key Responsibilities:
- Attend a mandatory half-day PLC Leader training.
- Facilitate 6 PLC sessions (total 9 hours), guiding discussions, agenda adherence, and group norms.
- Focus PLCs on key questions, student data analysis, and identifying actionable instructional strategies.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure clear communication of PLC outcomes.
- Maintain brief records of meetings and action items.
- Collaborate with administration on PLC goals and effectively manage scheduled time.
