Job Title: Installer Intern

Department: Furniture 

Status: Temp/Summer/Non-exempt

Reports To: Branch Manager

Essential Functions: 

• Load furniture orders onto truck and deliver product to customer
• Complete furniture assembly/installation as per installation specifications – Training provided
• Inspect furniture for proper operability according to manufacturer’s guidelines
• Ability to work by themselves and with a team of people
• Strengthen customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Uniform provided

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Enjoys assembly work and has ability to use basic hand/power tools
• Occasional overnight travel preferred
• Prior installation experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a DOT physical and keep it current
• Must be able to lift 70 -100 pounds on a regular basis
