The Oklahoma City Thunder’s Human Resources team is seeking a student to join us for our Fall 2025 internship! This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing employee experiences. Throughout the internship, you will assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and inclusion and belonging activations. You’ll engage with candidates and employees while supporting administrative tasks, research, and special projects.
Fall internships begin August 25, 2025. Our internship program provides practical experience in a professional environment, along with optional activities like resume reviews, development workshops, and occasional events designed to enhance the overall experience. We also offer perks such as paid downtown parking and tickets to a home game during the season!

This is an in-person internship, reporting to the Recruiter. The work schedule requires 16-20 hours per week during office hours. The primary work location will be the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for occasional local travel.
