INTERN - Mechanical Engineer - Co-Op

Job summary:

This position is a temporary position open to Univerisity of the Pacific Co-Op Students only. Interns are given the opportunity to work in an authentic Engineering environment, allowing practical application of their skills. In addition to working with our seasoned Engineering team, Interns are also afforded the occasion to see their work come to life in our production facility, either assisting the assembly team or witnessing the performance of the machines during testing.

Duties/responsibilities:

• Modeling and detailing component and assembly drawings to be sent to manufacturing;
• Assist Engineering team in product development;
• Liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to complete Engineering Change Orders;
• Assist with updating equipment operating and maintenance manuals;
