What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of our business-building relationships, driving growth, and making an impact. Your main duties will be to:

🔹Support Audit Execution: Assist in planning and performing audits to evaluate financial and operational controls.

🔹Collaborate with Audit Teams: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and effective audit processes.

🔹Prepare and Present Findings: Document audit results and assist in presenting findings to senior management and audit committees.

🔹Ensure ongoing Association compliance with FCA Regulations regarding Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR; SOX).

🔹 Ensure Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to auditing standards and maintain confidentiality throughout the audit process.

🔹 Perform a range of assignments using prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.


What We're Looking For

We want compliance-minded, analytical individuals who are ready to hit the ground running! If you have:

✅A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or comparable experience required.

✅ Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in public accounting, SOX compliance, internal auditing, or a similar field.

✅Expert in Auditing Standards: Proficient in COSO 2013 and regulations governing internal controls over financial reporting.

✅Strong Analytical Skills: Skilled in assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and analyzing financial data to detect discrepancies.

✅Proficient in Audit Tools: Experienced with electronic work papers, risk assessment tools, process mapping, and data analysis techniques.

✅Excellent Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to dynamic environments to meet deadlines. ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software ✅ Exceptional communication and customer service skills ✅ A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel (10%) ✅A strong work ethic and a passion for helping businesses succeed
