ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • POTENTIAL TO START SPRING/SUMMER OF 2025.
  • Assist in providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests by ensuring timely and efficient order taking, delivery, and follow-up at the pool area.
  • Set up and maintain the pool area for guest enjoyment, including arranging poolside furniture, towels, and ensuring cleanliness and order.
  • Assist with inventory control, including stocking supplies for pool service, ensuring all food and beverage items are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless operation and provide the best possible guest experience.
  • Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensure correct preparation, and ensure all guest requests are met promptly.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness of poolside areas, including tables, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas, to meet our quality standards.
  • Assist in gathering guest feedback on service and food quality, helping improve guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all poolside operations comply with hotel policies and safety regulations, including monitoring guest behavior and ensuring the safety of all guests in the pool area.
  • Assist with any administrative tasks or reporting for pool operations, as required by F&B Leadership.
  • Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

 

MUST HAVES:

  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about providing legendary service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items, such as trays or beverages, as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, people, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Business, or related program with an expected graduation date of May 2025 - December 2025.
