Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time
• Excellent training and onboarding
• Team based model, all employees are fully supported
• Willing to educate patients
• Outpatient seeing 15 -18 patients a day
• Approximately 30 days call per year
• Patient mix age > 65 60% and <65 40%
• Most are complex patients. Clinical duties only
• Setting: Outpatient
• Schedule: Monday – Friday. Half days on Fridays.
• Hours – M-Th 8 am – 5 pm, Fri 8 am – 12 pm
