As a Drayage Freight Broker or (International Account Executive), you'll build your own book of business from the ground up. Sourcing and selling to shippers who need help moving containers from ports and rail yards.
What you’ll be doing.
- Build your own book of business by prospecting new clients specifically in the drayage space
- Learn how to negotiate and close deals that move freight across the U.S. and Mexico
- Make 80+ outbound calls per day to connect with decision-makers in the logistics world (shipping lines, freight forwarders, port authorities)
- Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, carriers, and suppliers
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, keeping a finger on the pulse of the drayage landscape to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Expand market in US and MX
- Collaborate with team mates to ensure smooth and efficient drayage operations
What you’ll bring to the table.
- No industry experience needed - we’ll teach you everything you need to know
- Strong communication skills and a fearless approach to cold calling
- Confidence and persistence - you don’t give up easily

- Self-starter mentality - you take ownership and thrive in high-energy environments
- 1+ years professional logistics selling experience preferred but not required
- Experience selling drayage services preferred but not required
- Willing to go the extra mile to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit (if you’re not first, you’re last)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to recognize and prioritize profitable opportunities
What you can earn.
- $40,000 minimum salary with uncapped commission
