Qualifications:

  • Education: MD/DO from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active NY State medical license.
  • Certification: Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 1+ year experience in Primary Care.
  • Language: Bilingual in Russian and English
  • Soft Skills: Strong bedside manner, cultural competence, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes).
  • Prescribe medications, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.
  • Provide preventive care, including immunizations and wellness counseling.
  • Document patient interactions, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
