Summary/Objectives:

Assist the lending department with tasks as assigned that include completing annual reviews, impairment analysis, spreading financial statements, and line of credit renewals. 

Essential Functions

Complete impairment analysis to identify risks associated with a credit facility and discuss with lender to determine if impairments should be made to a credit. 

  1. Assist the Credit Analyst in pulling files and retrieving additional information from credit and collateral files for the loan review. 
  2. Assist the Portfolio Managers in completing renewals of the banks lines of credit that have past their review date. 
  3. Assist the lenders in preliminary analysis by completing cash flows and spreads. 

Secondary Functions

  1. Assisting in special projects and research as requested by manager.
  2. Assist the Credit team in completing annual reviews of the banks existing customer. 
  3. Assist Residential Originators to determine monthly income for self-employed borrowers.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers and filing cabinets.

Requirements
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to understand and learn the banks internal systems
  • Excellent customer service skills 

Preferred Education, Experience and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or another business related major.
