Property Management Intern - Solera

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Property Management Intern for a 12-week, rotational experience at one of our beautiful communities. You’ll have the opportunity to learn through hands-on experiences. You’ll assist in the daily operations of property management, support property managers, and gain practical experience in various aspects of the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tenant communication and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Support in lease administration, including preparing and reviewing lease documents.
• Help with property inspections, including preparing reports and assisting with maintenance scheduling.
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring proper documentation and coordination.
• Prepare marketing materials for vacant properties and help with property listings.
• Assist with rent collections and lease renewals.
• Help with coordinating property maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion.
• Support property managers in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining property records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Property Management
• An affinity for our mission to build and operate first class multi-family housing that are an asset to their communities
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the property management industry.
