Position Overview:
The Ticket Sales and Service Summer Internship position is for ambitious, professional, self-motivated individuals. - Role: Ticket Sales and Service Internship
- Focus: Sell Season Ticket Memberships, group sales, and premium seating experiences. Build and maintain customer relationships and support gameday events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Actively research and prospect new leads, sell tickets, and grow relationships with current and new fans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular touchpoints, listen to fan feedback, and exceed expectations with proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Cultural Ambassador: Represent the Iowa Heartlanders brand and culture at events, engaging with fans.
- Event Support: Assist with community events to ensure fans have an exceptional experience.

Qualifications:
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Work Hours: Flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
