Job Description
Lexington Sporting Club is seeking a creative digital video producer and editor for club content. The video production intern will be responsible for creating short videos for social media as well as assist in larger shoots.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to capture the emotions of sport, as well as the skill and athleticism involved
- Attend all Home Games to capture content for our USLW and USL2 teams as well as help shoot game days for our USL Championship and USL Super League teams
- Attend Practices (as needed/desired) to capture content
- Attend additional team activities & media events (as needed)
- Produce highlight reels
- Develop fun ideas to promote the teams through video alongside the Media team.
- Prepare videos for sharing on social media platforms
Qualifications
- Experience with video production and editing and optimizing videos for social media (IG, FB, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Ability to work independently in a multi-faceted, fast, fluid, and deadline-driven environment.
- Local to the Lexington Area
- Must have your own video camera gear
