INTERN, BRAND (POST-GRADUATE) OVERVIEW
Elevate’s Brand Consulting team is looking to welcome two (2) post graduate interns this summer. The Brand Consulting vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. As part of this, Elevate is committed to building greater diversity, equality and inclusion within our organization and in the programs we create for our brand partners.

The Intern will report to the VP, Brand and will be responsible for providing management & activation support across client accounts. A successful candidate will be a proven team player, very proactive, exceptionally organized and have a strong attention to detail. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide account support across the day to day management of Elevate’s brand clients
  • Prepare account-service related documents including activation plans, frameworks, meeting agendas, project briefs, proposals, program recaps & other client communications
  • Support client servicing including facilitating communication between brands, properties & other agencies
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the client account
  • Coordinate necessary account logistics to effectively activate relevant client marketing programs
  • Coordinate and manage on-site brand and community driven activations throughout the US sponsorship landscape
  • Leverage internal Elevate services & capabilities to provide the necessary resources for specific brand activations & marketing platforms
  • Develop & maintain a strong understanding of assigned client’s industry, products/services & marketing initiatives
  • Attend relevant client meetings, events & activations as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education and/or Experience
    • Recently Completed Bachelor or Master's degree
    • Sport agency or sport industry experience preferred
  2. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    • A curious mindset with strong work ethic
    • Working knowledge and experience within brand management, sports marketing
    • Excellent presentation & communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
    • Ability to build strong relationship internally and externally
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint with experience putting together strong deliverable materials
    • Spanish proficiency, preferred

  2. Work Environment
    • This role is ideally based in our office in Charlotte, NC (Preferred)
    • Open to remote placement with a strong preference to be located near existing Elevate teams to allow for hybrid work environments (Boston, MA, New York, NY, Salt Lake City, UT, Santa Clara, CA, Nashville, TN)

POSITION AND BENEFITS DETAILS:
  • Hiring for 2 intern roles
  • This is a 3 month placement
  • Full time, Hourly, Non-Exempt 
  • $20 - $25/Hour based on experience

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
