In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple teams to support storytelling, strategy, and community building across platforms, all while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional environment!
This paid, in-person internship begins on August 25, 2025, with a commitment of up to 29 hours per week. Our internship program offers hands-on experience in a professional environment, plus optional resume reviews, development workshops, and events to enrich your journey. This is a paid, in-person internship, reporting to the Manager, Social Media. Work location will be the Thunder corporate office located at Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. Work schedule will include 16-29 hours per week and may include evening or weekend hours, covering some game nights and community events in Oklahoma City. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed as some local travel is required. Working environment will include both office and outside events that may include loud noise or music, flashing lights and inclement weather.
